I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully furnished and conveniently located right near reception and close to beach access, but the constant barking of dogs next door with open doors and windows was a downside. The service was lacking with delays in returning phone calls and being checked in by an uninformed family member, although the Manager quickly resolved an issue we had that weekend. The location was awesome, offering great views from the beach and being near Nobbys Beach and restaurants, but some room facilities were disappointing. I enjoyed the proximity to the beach and cafes for breakfast, although the dining options were limited to just a couple of cafes. Despite some shortcomings, the facilities were decent.

The service was friendly and helpful, yet there were some minor issues like the lack of shampoo in the room. The apartment was right on the beach, providing direct access, which was amazing. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, although some might find the setup with direct access from the apartments not suitable for their preferences. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and helpful reception staff. The location was superb, allowing for easy beach access through the complex and being conveniently close to a variety of beaches and shopping centers. The dining experience offered a few options mainly from nearby cafes. Overall, a great spot to relax and enjoy the coastal atmosphere.
